About Us

The Fraser Street Deli began April 15th, 2005 by Joshua and Cristin Guiher. Before then, under various owners, it was known as The Stage Door Deli and then The Celebrity Deli. During this time, sandwiches were named after actual Hollywood Movie Stars. In an effort to show our local roots, we renamed the original sandwiches after local "celebrities" and have added a few new sandwiches of our own.
